Manga main characters regardless of if they are guys or girls: "Oh! Nooooooo, you don't love meeeeeee. We're just really goooooooood friiiiieeeeeeeeends."
Love interest who is BLATANTLY trying to woo them:

Also, they are like... 9, so I would rather them not have any romance stuff going on whatsoever... rather than this dense circus.
Uh... yes? She's 9 dude. You're 9. You're both children.

So, I checked the description -> "Akira"

with a "My death approaches. I wish I was not being serious, so I humbly request that you do not feel offended by my actions."

1) Grid gets i
2) Then like 400 chapters later or something, I dunno, I didn't count, Grid

Another problem with failing at Grid's name.
This skill's name is "Greed."
Also,
Not sugarcoating it, but Grid will be over level
I mean, without the influence of propaganda.
Here in 'murca, if she's gonna give birth to twins, they'll have to pay - according to a google search -> parents.com - around $100,000, which is significantly higher compared to giving birth to a single baby.
... and people wonder why "millennials aren't having kids"
This is a redemption story; a second chance where the biggest difference is the replacement of apathy with empathy. Previous life's knowledge does serve a purpose, but it isn't the main focus/intention of this work. It's more about valuing what really matters, being honest about it, and importantly -> showing trust by allowing yourself to be vulnerable to those you hold dearly.
Chapter 1 demonstrates all this inversely as Ms. Main Character never properly communicated, was never honest and had her guard soooooo high up to the degree that not even her own son thought she loved him.
Not to suggest that this work is soft-hearted. Because she is willing to take these risks, she has to deal with them and things will happen. A nice touch is that this work doesn't exactly waste your time. In the 120 chapters, I feel like maybe 5 chapters were superfluous <- and even then, it was spent explaining stuff that didn't need explaining. With that said, it isn't a big deal because this is a completed work.
Characters are well written and you'll find yourself hating the ones you're supposed to hate - easy goal tbh -> but, and this is more impressive, you'll like the characters you're supposed to like. One character in specific was always doing a balancing act between "do I like this guy? I know I'm supposed to, but hmmm" -> and in the final chapter, he freakin' jumps off the bar, does a sick kick flip off a skateboard he pulled out of nowhere, spun around three times and perfectly landed in the "yeah, okay. He's pretty cool and I like this guy" side. lol
Overall, 8/10. Pretty great.

Yeah, no kidding.... I'd be stressed out too. He has zero margin for error. If they get pissed, he'd get absolutely erased.
Pride
also known as Vanity
Thing is, to be happy with your - or someone's - actions... to be proud of someone or yourself... this is one thing. There is nothing wrong with self-worth.
The problem is that, like all things -> too much of anything is a bad thing. Too much pride and it turns to vanity. Being proud is different from being vain.
And this idiot is so vain that she's blind and trapped in her own head.
Sure, if you bring it up, she can ramble and yap on and on and on until you fall asleep, but she's doing nothing more than convincing herself. Self-justification is incredibly important to... well, almost everyone, and some people can do it effortlessly, which is dangerous.
"I can't become a laughing stock like this."
Lady, take a moment to breathe for like two freakin' nanoseconds and answer me a simple question: WHO IS LAUGHING? Other than you, I mean.
