You know on reflection it is hilarious that whenever he's in trouble even a little bit he just starts spamming ultimates until he's out of meter.

He's just so simple-minded and straightforward it's hard to hate him, like he's not even really doing this out of malice he just wants to fight strong things and eat when he's hungry, like he's too dumb for his actions to feel evil even if they're cruel.

It hasn't really felt exciting to me because him coming back to life was kind of a foregone conclusion so instead of being some kind of suspense it was just me running the clock waiting for this dude to come back. And honestly the way that last Arc unfolded kind of fell apart for me logically and emotionally basically from the moment they actually met the villain forward.

It's because many of these stories often have medieval influence and setting and in medieval times the church was a place of great power and influence, contributing to laws, wars, social movements, the arts and many other things in the West.The Church also famously had heavy bouts of corruption, bribery and dubious at best causes historically (leading to the creation of several Christian offshoot churches, as when I say the church in this case I am referring to the Catholic Church) this makes it very easy to paint them as the villains or benevolent forces all the same because they are a powerful force with much influence.

They aren't talking about safe or unsafe consumption...once again they are referring to the broad categorization of meat as dirty or clean due to social standards not health ones. They considered pork dirty because the poor eat it, whether or not something is safe for consumption is based on how it is prepared and sourced, not necessarily what it comes from, for example the deadly puffer fish is a beloved and enjoyed meal despite being literally full of tetrodotoxin because it can be processed and prepared safely, most fish can either be full of parasites or enjoyed raw in sushi depending on where you source them from and how they're prepared. What you're saying is applicable to meat quality in reference to the condition of the individual animal itself, what they're talking about is meat quality categorically based on which meat it is which is absolutely an arbitrary distinction made by humans.Case in point- lobster, crab and oysters were once considered peasant food in the West because they were commonly found near shores and as such enjoyed by the poor, now all three are often considered luxury foods in many places. In some parts of the world meat from certain animals or certain parts of an animal are considered delicacies while in other places of the world those same meats are just considered gross. Categorically considering meat from a certain species of animal poor or high quality in this way literally is arbitrary human distinction.
