Not exactly. The bare minimum is reaching level 10 yes, but above that even the basic class takes doing tasks which are kinda hard to understand and the system won't give any hints. Thats why I was confused for the shaman and dark knight class already being a thing after the 1st trial. Although the dark knight was served to him on a silver platter, most of the other hidden and unique classes had me stumped, and the only logical conclusion was that they all got the jobs out of starting runes which to me is kinda retarded and just stupid.
