I give this more points than demons slayers ending at least in the moment because at least this Arc was a dynamic fight where conditions ebbed and flowed, it wasn't fighting a guy who slowly walking forward while swinging around a hundred arms for 20 chapters before one guy gets a good hit in and the Sun starts to rise.

I might have similar feelings if I didn't finish mha's f****** disgustingly long last arc where no characters had satisfying conclusions, half the fights didn't make sense everything is paced poorly and the final villains got literally talked to death, but having read that s*** this is God damn high art. Everything makes sense and follows an explainable path, I actually understand and can sympathize with all the characters motivations in their actions, and most important to me arcs still feels like the previous arcs, they didn't change the storytelling.

Those people did not read then, he was quite literally special from birth, he's a cursed womb!

It's more so Yuji wouldn't ask him to live if he didn't want to, but megumi interfering internally in the fight insinuated he wanted to give living one more try.

I don't get why people are disappointed with this ending for Sukuna, I quite like it, this isn't the type of series to have a loud boisterous climax for every character quite often people just suddenly die climactically or anti-climactically, Kenjaku literally got killed by a gag comedian doing a gag, if anything this kind of fits. Sukuna was a creature exercising his will on others above all else just because he could with no actual motivation to do so other than pride and spite, he was a creature that lives without motivation yet still fears death and only knew power - in the process of his defeat they took away his ability to exercise his will over others took away his access of power and left him with the options of accepting death or accepting complete and utter loss of control, at his end he accepted death - a death he staved off for a thousand years - out of pride and spite. reflecting the crooked life he led. It's like how Frieza died initially cuz he cut himself in half because he refused to believe the person he's fighting was kind enough to warn him of that.(Though he didn't actually die from that)

Yeah without the balance of success and a failure, ease and hardship, it just becomes cheap wish fulfillment, like isekai and reincarnation series do very often.

Wait yeah what the f***? They just didn't show us what happened to the rest of the Prometheus members. Main character didn't talk to a single team member he had, didn't discuss it with friends, this felt like Mom and Dad came to pick him up so it was time to stop play fighting and go home.

What the fuck? This was such an abrupt development, like f*** every side character we met up to this point, f*** all that development, mom and dad came to the sandbox so it's time to go home, I just really don't understand what the main characters motivation was in the decisions he made they said it was to avoid politics but.... He didn't seem to give a s*** about any of that previously he just likes fighting and getting money. They didn't really stop to explain anything I'm not even 100% sure why his mom beat the CEO's ass, like previous to this he specifically wasn't sure what the main character's background was and while yes he wanted to give benefit for the main characters work he always provided proper compensation and was relatively candid with him. What is this? You're an adult now and you can make your own choices but you let Mom and Dad come and take you home when you are done playing? I figured they'd show up and make a big fuss he'd say he chose this life and then they'd go home...what is this?

Straight up the last time this had a consistent, straightforward, narrative that had reasons for happening other than "for the bit" we're like the chapters that got adapted into the anime, pass that it is rapidly evolved into pure madness, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think she took it as him mockingly calling her sister as opposed to the literal meaning, (like how a gangster might call someone, 'brother'or 'cousin' or 'uncle' as a casual means of disrespect that establishes a forced sense of familiarity.)

Yeah even the dude from nano machine could really only fight multiple people using that technique once he got around the strength of the previous cult leader.
