Well it's been shown that his brother is both incredibly prideful, incredibly skeptical, and stubborn. This would mean even if you showed him a badge he's less likely to believe his brother actually earned it and more likely to believe some kind of bribe or treachery was involved, either way it means his brother wouldn't listen to him and would not go for treatment. This is doubly the case because his circumstances are indeed kind of ridiculous, he's a 10 to 14 year old who has patents on medical devices owns a pharmacy and happens to be the best doctor in the Kingdom, the only reason other people believe him is because they were there for the whole thing.
Like imagine being a cop, leaving for vacation and coming back and your 10 year old brother shows you a police badge and tells you he's the police commissioner now all the laws you thought were laws were wrong he's invented several new types of guns and policing techniques he runs his own police precinct and he works with the president, yeah you're going to have to see that s*** in action to believe it and even then it's still going to confuse you especially when the last time you saw him he was recovering from a lightning strike.

Now normally I'd go with sword guy, but sword guy has put out a pretty good showing so far today.

I don't mind him being pathetic, I mind him just seeming lame,like he's risking his life for this petty shit, a real teenager might risk is life for something petty, but that's usually because they don't realize they're actually risking their lives or they don't think the thing they're doing is petty and this man hasn't sold me on him thinking either thing.

Well in the description it was 2,000 years, and considering he was a low-class demon at the bottom of the ladder and managed to become apparently as strong as high-class demons and that it's hell were time doesn't really have much meaning 2000 feels about right, he was in this realm for either two or three years (that also went back and forth in the first chapter).

I don't know why but I just find it really funny when they have like the biblical devil Satan and pair him off with Zeus, like not just God or a God or Lord of lords specifically Zeus, especially because when he first said Zeus is fighting Satan I just assumed Zeus was in hell (for his myriad sins) fighting Satan.
