Well... the adaptation has differed from the original so I can't say for certain, but, if it's the same then the answer would be kinda. It's complicated, but he's the only one left in Korea. Otherwise, I'm uncertain.

Edit: honestly, only Full Metal Alchemist and Book Eater have managed to create a depiction of rhe 7 sins where the strongest isn't easily decided. In book eater, they all have their skillsets and beat eachother in various areas. As for FMA, it was more how their wielder used them. So varied strength.
