That lady was fully prepared for this. Aint no way she just happened to have a dress in Sanas size that perfectly matched her eyes. Hell, even if you could get a dress adjusted in one day(which would typically be impossible), just happening to have an outfit so perfectly suited for her is completely impossible without either some sort of divine intervention or already having it ready to go.

best guess is she'd try to convince her to stay temporarily while they worked out a solution.
