Haru and Carol weren't even aware she’d died.

Though they did know she was dying so the fact shes okay now is still good news.

ok, so the question now, will she go back to Earth, even temporarily, to say her goodbyes before coming over here full time. she's a dragon now, so she could go back and forth too. with how vaguely defined her powers are anything's possible.

well, that was a lot to unpack. definitely gonna be a runaway arc in future as she tries to reclaim some independence. but first she need to overcome her own traumas around her scar.

There's definitely a long road ahead, but there's light at the end of the tunnel.

ah, like what they did in GATE. bombed the council building leaving the surrounding area undamaged to avoid casualties.

yeah, but cosplay is exactly that, play. its dressing up/wearing something for the fun of doing so, this is an actual medical scenario and none of them really wanted to or had to dress up. other than fanservice for us, the readers, there's no purpose behind the outfits. All in all, it goes just beyond my suspension of disbelief and lands in the zone of mildly irritating.

two steps forward one step back. Still a step forward at the end of the day.

this was definitely an axe given the pacing of the rest of the series. Unfortunate, but at least its still a good ending, not leaving you unfulfilled.

because this is a multi chapter fight but the chapters are also being released in parts. this should be fight chapter 3 but because of how its released its actually chapter 5 for us, making the long ass fight feel even longer.

I'm happy, but that's not a hug.

For real. Girl, you ostracized him and crushed what little emotions he had. and now you have the stones to say he's in the wrong? Our man found people who embrace him for who he is and helped him to heal after all the shit you and your group did to him, and now you're upset because he's with them and not you. Ridiculous. You burned the bridge, so you don't get to be upset that he crossed a different one. The arsonist has no right to play the victim of the fire.

agreed. that first arc felt rapidly thrown together just to give the Mc a backstory/starting point. now that we're past it everything feels more thought out and well written.

maybe something to turn it on or off, or dampen the effects. but getting rid of it completely seems like a recipe for disaster.

and that, my friends, is precisely why you take your time to do the job right.

Probably already long dead. Replaced by an AI system of some sort. It would explain the society of the empire. Driven purely by expansion and survival over emotion or personal power.

I loved this twist in the novel, hell if you go back and look at alice and the phantasmal kings actions you can see tiny hints that should now appear clear as day. The foreshadowing is immaculate.
