This manga seems really bad and I don't understand all of the comments talking about how good it is

Modern society is oversexualized so yeah, people wear inappropriate clothing outside. It is what it is, doesn't make it normal

Normal for this author but not normal in the grand scheme of things, it's still lewd. If you only read hentai that doesn't make hentai "normal" or less lewd.

If you mean this particular chapter the same still applies, this author draws female characters (at least the main ones) for max sex appeal all the time. It's a part of the art style

Porn addict? I guess you're desensitized to it but this isn't normal lol, why would somebody put in the effort to draw all the ass and thigh shots if it wasn't for fanservice?. No need to make excuses for it when we all know the author makes pornwha

Worst medical manga I've read so far (besides the isekais, but those don't really count). There's a lot of weird fanservice and overall it has a pretty childish tone despite being marketed as seinen. The characters are mostly annoying and the plot is pretty bad starting from the premise. I dropped soon after Messages from the Dead because the author keeps pulling bullshit plot contrivances to keep things dramatic

So now you get mad and start projecting your anger onto me and making ad hom attacks. Sorry I'm not an enlightened liberal like yourself, I hope you can resolve your contradictory position though

How does the word "they" having multiple uses make it less useful? We have a plural and singular sense of "you" and that doesn't make the word less useful. You can pick out the sense of the word based on context, like if a person were sneaking around your backyard you would generally indicate that "someONE" is in your backyard before you refer to the person as "they". I've never encountered any confusion of singular and plural in the normal use of the word, only when a person asks you to refer to them as "they/them" when you already know them personally. That is, the same type of person who would invent "xet/xem" pronouns which only serve to obscure one's nature.
Anyway I think it's pretty clear that masculinity and femininity are grounded in the reality of a person being born as a man or a woman, congenital deformities and genetic disorders notwithstanding. What a particular society views as masculine or feminine has no bearing on what these terms actually are, either. Even though some people distort the truth and try to force it to be something other than what it is,  they can't change the underlying reality of it. So you can't point to things like "toxic masculinity" as a product of particular cultures in order to justify the idea that all senses of masculinity are socially constructed. You can't bring the natural sex that people are born with and bring it down to the level of your homosexual-aligned gender identities.

Xe is not useful. It may be useful to refer to a person as "they" or "them" when you don't know their gender, or refer to an abstract, or describe a person ambiguously. But the idea behind describing a particular person as "them" is ridiculous, and "xe" is just delusional. It's a totally alien concept that undermines people's sense of identity because subverts the notion of masculinity and femininity. There is no third option in the middle of those two, and there is no option outside of that paradigm, because ultimately masculinity and femininity are concepts grounded in reality while alternative pronouns are not. There is no person with a nature of being "xe" or "them" , the only way it can be defined is if a person claims to feel like a "xe", which is entirely arbitrar
