Oh and personally I think food intake priority is different for each individual, those food pyramid is made based (probably cuz each country have different food pyramid) on how much human need to consume to stay healthy, so the one we need consume the most is at the top and less the more we go down, so carb at the top is not wrong cuz we use those the most, in reality there is no real pyramid in food intake, we can't have too many or less at any nutrition in food and the amount is different for each nutrition, Ballance is important and each individual have physical difference that make them each unique in the amount of each nutrition they nedd to stay healthy
So yeah I agree those food pyramid is hoax
