I feel ya. It's probably now a decade since slave harem updated its WN or made any significant progress, too. I think the LN finally caught up, but that's about it.
At this point I'm all for getting AI ghost writer finishing those stories or writing alternative endings to some of my ruined litrpg stories.
At the end it's all about capturing the essence, making great art and releasing us from anxiety.
I'd like to say: It doesn't matter how. But someone will overdo it.
