Antman logic is fine, what is not fine is that the Antman's author/writer can't apply it correctly most of the time. The author often forgot about it.

That is the more healthy way (only until mouth).
Some people like it inhaling it till their lung, some only just inside the mouth.

My Grandpa is a heavy smoker (6 cigar per day) and he is the inhale till mouth only type.
