I think its possible that she didn't knew, and that maybe they had a great relationship before he became a Demon. She might just be confused at the heat of the moment and all that he can think of is that his father died.

There's too many possibilities, but I think the reason why everyone's against Fria is because she's trying to collect everyone's powers and used it for herself since she's the only one who didn't give up in the end. Like, she knew that everyone will give up which is why she's collecting their powers, so that she can use it to win against the threat that's gonna come. I think the goddess' curse has something to do with that too.

I agree. Would it be fair to compare this mc to be more comparable to Bai Ning Bing? He enjoyed killing and was quite talented too, but he was less of a schemer than Fang Yuan. Ah, but was he more cruel than Fang Yuan or not? I cannot tell.

It is, and it isn't at the same time. Main character is too human and isn't manipulative enough, he actually genuinely cares about the people around him, and not just because he's gaining something from it. It's like, the main character himself is trying to hide that side of him in front of us readers by making jokes about it all the time but I believe these moments are actually genuine, the mc truly believes all that he said like the "I trust you" part. And if you look past all those jokes and just see the main character for who he truly is, I believe that's when you end up enjoying this series more than you do now.


But in other words. I like corny and cringe stuff. I watched chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai and it increased my resistance to cringe. Now I embrace it and I'm happy.

It is a cliche heroic awakening scene, and Im enjoying it.

If MC did not have overwhelming individual power to get whatever he wanted, but instead was a smart af general/leader that is feared through his tactics or something of the likes, or if there is some sort of power in the alliance to keep him in check, most of these 'we can talk this out' will end up in negotiations where the mc takes it all. The negotiations will happen because no one wants to risk injuries for fighting unnecessarily, especially when there's more to gain from demanding an 'apology'. And if they didn't comply, the mc can still choose this same route where he creates chaos. The only reason mc didn't choose the former first is because using violence to mc doesnt pose any risk at all, not even to his reputation since he has a reason for it (and he's a Demon ig). And he also dont play those kind of games. His thinking is pretty straightforward which isnt really bad for his character I think.

Although I too hate the hypocrisy fr. They call themselves ally to save skin but did they thought of him as an ally when they messed with him? If it was his ancestor all of this guys are already either dead or enslaved using spirits. An arm is being too nice!

Ah well, its gibberish anyways, they probably just didn't bother. I cant remember where but lots of tl have used "Lorem Ipsum" for translating gibberish texts since its supposed to be common knowledge that "Lorem Ipsum" is gibberish.
