What i hate the most about these kinds of stories. They should just accept that their mere presence can already cause a butterfly effect that alters the story greatly. And even in this case, we have other players who's just altering the story the way they want, so the mc should just let loose and do whatever he wants too instead of sticking with the main story.

Well, that may sound like a stretch since I can kinda see now that the pacing is one of its issues for most readers. Tho I dont find it as a problem in particular, probably just a matter of personal taste.

While most people may agree on everything that you said, I believe that the style that the author went with isn't really all that bad. Your complaint was that it's becoming boring because the author is focusing too much on different characters all at once but thats where I disagree, because I am still enjoying it, and would be enjoying it more if not for the bad tl. The story itself is keeping me engaged even with the horrendous quality of the translation, and I can see what the author is trying to do, but Im finding it hard to judge on a more objective basis if not for the quality of the translation.
