Would I recommend it? If the novel has a better translation then Id rather recommend that one tho I haven't read it yet. This isn't some masterpiece, but I found myself strangely excited reading through these. Its enjoyable and fun. I can see the potential, hope it doesnt disappoint.

Alot of people hated it for the mc and the pacing, which for me wasnt all that bad. I guess Im more used to slow pacing, and I already expected one in the first place. Theres not much to worry tho since it picks up the pace after like, maybe around 50+ chaps or something? They also hated the pov hopping thing which was the main reason for the slow pacing but it wasnt all that bad to me. The translation was horrendous tho, byt it gets better. Its an enjoyable read if you can follow through by guesstimating the plot and just turn off your brain.

Theres action, theres wholesome moments, there wasnt much drama and romance, the worlbuilding and all made it taste fresh but still a junk food. If tou can make it past those horrible tl then maybe you might just enjoy it.

Honestly, I think the problem with the entire story was that its an adaptation. They cant do the same pacing as the ln since its a different form of media, it will be too slow, yet if they rushed it then the story will suffer since its based on a novel. I haven't read the novel yet but thats what I noticed from the comments. Still, Im pretty sure the pacing wont be much of a problem after lots of chapters have been released since the introduction of the world and the main cast is done already, so they can just continue on building up on that. Its pretty much why I dont mind a slow pacing at the start.
