idk I'd have to disagree, the use of most nongendered terms is particularly because there isnt any greater meaning put towards gender, which is why "inventing a new term" would feel weird because it feels/sounds like its highlighting some "need" to be obscure about it, especially when there are enough scenarios where you'd want to know gender in rather than otherwise, so the status quo is completely sufficient. Like doing it for the sake of it just seems pointless. But I digress, do what you want bro.

Frankly having "they" for a single person of unknown gender is sufficient, and since I don't particularly believe in any sort of "there are many genders" ideology, using "they" for a known person would feel weird the same way using a new word for it would. I suppose I understand where you're coming from though.
