The main issue is it's not really written that way, ,obviously I don't expect a super serious toned story but every little thing feels like it's played off as a comedy, the mother father dynamic (irrelevant to whether they hat eeach other) feels like it is faulty and failing from any aspect, bias or interesting angle you look at it (enemies to lovers, some sort of duo tsundere stuff, putting aside differences for the children, etc etc) and while the kids are cute it feels like somehow them being in a scene completely sidelines everything else, I mean th emain character feels like a wet rag of wet ragsm like a "I'll let this happen to me" kind of guy but is written like a "I totally ddisagree with this!" and while I sort of don't mind ho wthe dragon queen is written it feels like such a waste in this story because it isn't used for anything more, idfk how to explain it but it's like edging me man
