Is about risk management, most decent employers will advance someone they already trust and knows that can do the job for important roles over hiring someone new or advance a newer hiring, even if those on the paper have better qualifications, because they haven’t proven themselves.
When you should hire new people for important or strategic roles?, when no one can do the job, or when you need to change drastically how the team works(that would be similar to no 1 can do the job)

Reading another story manwhua and no 1 will notice . It breaks the flow in f the main story for barley or none world background gain that affects the story

Main antagonist of the first part, but it isn’t a strong antagonist, doesn’t have any depth , is easily replaceable, and would be make more sense to kill him then than to let him scape, that was just bs, specially after he killed the dwarf

lol that’s only when doing right. If the character just appeared once or twice as backgrounds or mentions, is just filling for filling. Background, side stories, etc are important when : they tell about the world, (short) or when they tell about important side characters like serpent, mom, etc.
Doing side stories about mount hua chick, and monk, etc. Is irrelevant to the storie and world.
