There is also lots of unknown things as well. Right now it seems there are multiple factions within the demon leagues vying for power. Maybe this group would have been killed during this incident if not for MC and wouldn't even have been around to decide what they were going to do in MC's alternate timeline. Certainly anyone resisting a powerful leader would just get destroyed anyway, leaving only the obedient left. Just because Nazi's were a thing doesn't make all humans scum.

And even in the alternative timeline who knows what the structure and knowledge given to the rank and file. Any promises made by the sage emperor may not even have reached rank and file ears. Instead maybe some story villainizing the humans were told. And/or siding with the sage emperor might have been seen as the only way to survival, Sage emperor is insanely powerful after all.

You are thinking of heat sensing like light sensing? Too much and it blinds you? Well that is not how it was in the anime I saw, but-

Consider the following.

Animals with infrared vision do not have the same photo-chemical reaction to "see" as animals with traditional "vision" and would not have the same sensory organ damage ) compared to a overexposed retina when exposed to alot of light with its photo-chemical reaction. Besides, how would a animal blinded by the infrared energy of their prey be able to attack said prey?

If you are a creature operating in fridged temperatures, you would have to be warm blooded. The monster had fur which also suggested warm blooded. Your own body heat and the hair and blubber etc. insulating you would interfere with your ability to see infrared energy AKA heat. Your infrared sensory organ would have to be exposed to extreme cold temperatures. Their pray would also be be likely very well insulated making them more difficult to see in such conditions.

There are only two known warm blooded animals with infrared vision. Vampire bats and Greater Noctule Bats. That's it! These animals do not depend entirely on their infrared vision either, just a aid to their detection abilities. Much less capable infrared vision than certain snakes for example. Both are not well adapted for cold temperatures, especially not Vampire bats.

So a animal operating in arctic conditions with infrared vision is absurd enough. But such a creature would not be blinded by seeing more infrared, like from a exposed person without warm clothes some distance away. Removing your insulation would just make you much more "visible" (or "sense-able" to be more accurate but that sounds too close to "sensible" and I didn't want to cause confusion)

Centrifuge isn't out of MC's reach and that wouldn't remove too many other blood components if done right. It wouldn't get ride of all the WBC, but it would help

I didn't follow that first bit. More compatible blood increases the chance of both parts. Of 2. Host is less likely to attack donor blood including donor blood WBC 1. Donors WBC is less likely to attack host.

Getting WBC from family just increases this compatibility. TAGVA can happen with any donor, not just family, especially if they are immune suppressed.
