That kids only a year old? Should still be a squirming infant. So they had sex 2 years ago and Dragon Slayer has been asleep since, it takes time for a child to develop and be given birth to. So the child has to be a bit over a year old or less.

Keep in mind Gorgon is A- A half grade lower or something. The other two full A's could isolate MC forever because of their determinate of things around them.

I assume the curse of turning humans into monsters and monsters into humans of Pandora is not controllable, being a "curse". But giving the fake "hero" the body of a monster would be so sweet. That would have other uses as well, if it were controllable. Almost feels like the story could pick that.

This is my meta hypothesis for what is going on, what the author is going for. Clay is trying to recruit Shirone, but those pesky morals are in the way and is trying to teach Shirone that being selfish and evil is the only way to go because even if you are morale people get hurt anyway. This way turning Shirone evil means recruitment and "joining the family". That would be why Clay keeps calling Shirone "brother". That is a very convoluted idea of what is happening, but the least convoluted I could think of and most likely explanation based on the general pattern I've seen from this author who likes to go for esoteric morale dilemmas. I personally like morale gray in stories but not the way this author does it.
