I am not aware of any of these people being commanders or generals except for MC. They are people in small parties that answer directly to MC with no chain of command in-between or below. For example the entire elf team is there, not just one of the elves to tell the others. Jupiter, Junior, the knights Evline and the blonde one, these are people who work directly with MC as party members with no responsibility for managing other soldiers. Of course with their position other soldiers will listen to their command, but there is no reason to think except the necessity of it, that they would go explain all this to everyone else for 3 hours.

MC says "how to defeat each of these guys" (types of vampire) "each category" I take it this means how to kill each type of vampire attacker. This is basic methodology not grand strategy. All of the soldiers will need to know such things.

And as a matter of use of time, just explaining it to a larger group makes much more sense.

That armor has a huge flaw, giant gap around torso and thighs, also no helmet or neck protection. (seems pretty important for neck protection fighting against vampires) (well joints and such as well but I can give that more a pass) Also oddly only one shoulder is covered, possibly because the other is a sword arm? But make up your mind about whether this is "real" or "a game" author!
