Not where it shows his current age. It's displayed after he thinks he is going to be killed by the Poison King (but he just asks about the puffer fish)

If so, people thinking he is a monster may increase his strength and he can go on a "Being seen as a monster is more powerful than being seen as a hero" arc and die.
