If he dies it means he wasn't strong enough, if he is caught it means he wasn't skilled enough, if he can survive and hide for the last year he needs then he will prove himself worthy and his decisions correct.

From what I can see from the silhouette of the bow he is using on the 3rd page of chapter 141 it might be the same bow. But when he is standing over the last guy he killed it looks like he is holding a normal bow. Also, some of the adventures he killed were foaming at the mouth which is often used to indicate they died by poison.

And this old man Daesuk Choi is the chairman of the Daesuk group. It's kind of like how Microsoft owns Xbox, but Xbox has it's own CEO. Or how Coca cola owns multiple beverage companies and they each have their own CEO's.
