Plot seems fine as of right now.

The manga would definitely benefit from something like a two class system as you say, either you excel and train on your own + fight for points, or you get kicked into the standard education for the non-prodigies with the occasional opportunity to enter the prodigy class by challenging and winning against any of the prodigy students or something. The only point to the prodigy class would be the battle experience and freeform nature that benefits those ahead of the curve anyways.

This chapter was absolutely peak, this manhwa is so special, so unique, so well written, I have never before seen a character who has the self-control necessary to keep to their moral code AND thread through a turbulent state of perpetual madness to their advantage no less. Yi Zaha will always be his legendary self and I won't stop rooting for the peak that is this character.
