I've only gotten to the current 34th chapter mark, and I have to wonder.. Considering it was said that Deculein is based on pre-isekai MC and the EX is definitely to blame for that (what horrible traits to have and certainly misguided), it's only just and right that MC added positive ones, and would thrive when becoming Deculein, right? Well I sure hope so, a couple unspoilered comments said the ending was sad/bittersweet. I hope the EX doesn't drag MC down any further, I'm really not looking forward to her being in this manga after how she came off. She's not him, she will never be him, and I hope she doesn't ruin the story.

Also, if any novel readers want to spoil me with a spoiler comment in a reply on how she factors into the story please do. Was she introduced better in the novel? As of right now she comes off as a burden to an otherwise laidback mc and I fear she'll evolve from a brick to a cinder block.

Yeah, completely botched. I hope she doesn't cling to mc, or have a misunderstanding plot around him. We were doing so well without her, I really don't see the benefit to her inclusion.

I think it'd be more fun to have to restart repeatedly and employ mind games on your servants just to see what happens. Losing progress would hardly be stressful to me, and I'd never see the point in p2w. If I felt really attached to a servant I'd give them special treatment, and only give them training/battles I think they could win, the rest I'd probably make a mental note they're disposable and never get too attached.

I'd only be able to do that though because I wouldn't know they're real people from another world and not npcs, haha.
