finally someone who gets it, i might not have worded myself properly. but yeah those were my major gripes with this manga. it genuinely feels like one of those isekai-slop manga. from the era where it was popular to just shit out isekai manga, no matter if it was good, bad or down right horrendous. this one was the latter.

the hundred years one has been on a hiatus for the last 2 years almost. idk if its not being translated into english anymore or if the original stopped aswell. but it feels similair in vibe to "Top Tier Providence: Secretly Cultivate for a Thousand Years" but its not as good. the mc is also a douchebag alot of the times. so not a great start.

1st ancestor in history is about a modern guy arriving in a new world and scamming people into joining his cult i mean sect. he fights against people and takes adventage of the system rewards and scams his deciples untill he becomes strong enough that they join him willingly. i think this went on a little hiatus from 2021-2024. aparently the author made comments regarding the CCP which landed him in some hot water. but they worked things out recently so its back to being published again.


the guy with the facemask, looks awefully similair to "astral pet store owner". basically its about pokemon like creatures in a world, where mc can transport them into an alternate dimension to train them. this is probably the best manhua from the other manhua that share the exact same concept. but dont let it fool you i said the best. this manhua is a 4/10 at best.

i dont remember where it was but some idiot on a youtube video said "hydrogen baby vs coughing bomb". i still cant forget that so this meme is kind of ruined for me since then.

i think its kind of hard for them atm, because remember the mountains&wilderness is fully taken over by wild beasts. the sea/oceans are taken over by sea creatures. they are basically stuck between a rock and a hard place. go mountains you are f'd, stay near see you are f'd. there is no real safe option to relocate to, best you can do is reinforce what you have and try to hunt what comes your way and to survive for as long as you can. also many of the humans should have perished during the 2nd spirtual awakening so it also becomes an issue of who you can still safe and wheither it is worth it.

but again that just doesnt make sense. why write the story in that way then? why have levels at all? if you are gonna ignore them in the first place. imagine if we spend 500pages of a book that has 600 pages about the laws of physics and then we spend 590 chapters ignoring all of those laws physics. that is the ridiculousness i am poiting towards, and i know "its a manhua dude, it doesnt have to make sense" or "its just fiction, read it to be entertained" those are usually my arguments. but as a lifetime mmorpg player, this manhua is heavily inspired by them. hell in those mmorpg's, you can as a level 50 go and beat something that is like lvl 10.000 but those are fixed level npc's with a pattern that you can learn that isnt happening here. its just that my monkey brain cant get past that little hurdle you know what i am saying?

donny i got a doozy for you. its a manhua called "it starts with trillions of nether currency" my god is it so fking good. the writing is 9/10 for a manhua with such a crappy title. it delivers a prime t-bone steak cooked to perfection. the only issue is the translations is garbage, so i had to look for hours upon hours for good translations. to my surprise, the translators that use mtl and ruin alot of manhua's, dragontea.ink actually pulled through and delivered A+ translations. i went in with expectations of "i'll give it a shot for 10 chapters and then drop if it is too garbage". my god am i glad i gave this a shot. its too damn good and i am surprised not that many people talk about this one.
