masochistssimps enjoy that.https://i.postimg.cc/vHt5DK9k/i.jpg This is a top meme though.

I don't know about that - I just thought it was crap so I dumped it.
Someone was hyping up some Chinese comic to me... Return of the King? Something like that.
Anyway, it was a dude who stopped playing for whatever reason, and then started again with a new character, formed a new guild, and was kicking arse... but, it was all inside the game!
This would be like me writing a novel about how I was Riad's no. 1 player, quit, and then started again.
Who the fuck wants to read that?
Somebody remind me to read this in 5 years when it's finished. Thanks.
Examples would be:
(1) Overgeared (the best of the genre, this was really good until I just couldn't handle the game taking over the poor bastard's life, and I dropped it (but usually, stories about kids playing games, I hard-skip).
(2) Sword Art Online. I think. I don't actually know because I've never seen it, but it was all the rage a few years back.
Pick Me Up, though, is brilliant - the best I've read of this kind of sub-genre.
(3) Your typical game-interface shit. I'll just write, Solo Levelling, as an example, since pretty much everyone, by now, at least has a clue what it's about.
Anyway, please fill me in: 1, 2 or 3?
Based on all 45 issues currently uploaded (16/06/25).
This one starts out strong. Reading this was an absolute joy in the beginning... until it petered out hard, the tension washing away like a tide going out, and bringing in some super powered twats who don't really do anything for the story (at this point), aside from add to the "mystery".
Why did I write that in quotations?
Well, in the beginning, characters being interrupted when about to speak made this feel realistic - everything was happening at once, and the MC was the centre of all attention. Obviously then, with her the only one even vaguely aware of what was happening, everyone wanted her time.
After a while though, this continuous trick felt like a crutch for the author to lean on until he, himself, figured out exact wtf was going on in his own story.
Yes, this feels like another, Lost (if anyone ever watched that shit) - there's mystery, but there's not an answer, so the series just kept throwing more and more crap out, hoping it could eventually dream up a satisfying conclusion.
It didn't.
Hopefully the author does actually have a real plot jotted out, but the abyssal release rates make me wonder if this is the case?
Then again, a lot of Koreans got several jabs and we've seen the way that's hurt a lot of people already, so it could be health issues?
I'll keep this bookmarked, but I'd advise others not to start this until it gets 10 or 15 more chapters added, and we can ascertain if this was a well-played story, or someone throwing spaghetti at the wall.https://i.postimg.cc/g0twRkSP/i.jpg
I may as well keep going because there aren't many chapters here, but I hope things start getting explained quickly.
No, seriously: why would a teenage girl go to the shower with two dudes from her class unless she's incredibly naive or a hoe?
That was just weird.
What a fucking dumb idea! Deal with it, sucker, the world's gone to shit!
I'm just saying that - even more so in today's world, when illiteracy and stupidity is rife - we should encourage correct spelling and grammar. I know it flies over way too many people's heads, but grasping the fundamentals of language is paramount to being able to think properly for oneself - why else do you think governments dumb the shit out of their populations?
Go back in time 20 years and no-one in Europe would've fallen for BLM; go back40 years and, with today's information, everyone would've known Corona was a fucking scam!
All these hoaxes are achieved by 3 things:
1) People do not have access to enough information to form a real own opinion (hence all the shadow-banning of opposing views).
2) People are too stupid to think for themselves (see above).
3) People don't care enough to think for themselves (usually attained by crowd-control group-think, via shit like faecesbook).
Hopefully this makes sense to you.
