Yeah this is just the author's half-baked femdom fantasy. He clearly doesn't like the idea of what women would really look and act like in a world where they dominate society. If you'd be interested in a depiction of this kind of 'reversed gender roles' world that actually makes sense, you'd probably enjoy the novel "A Brother's Price "

Hard to blame a man for sneaking a quick peek. But it definitely sounds like he took it too far, so he probably got what was coming to him.

The author apparently lost motivation around the time he was writing this part in the novel (which was years ago) because he barely had any readers on the Japanese website he posted it on, and he was planning on ending it soon. He got enough overseas support to decide to keep it going, but the crappy timeskip is still there.

People really like harem situations with lots of cute girls with varied personalities hanging around the MC. But a lot of people also hate an MC who knows that girls like him but refuses to reject any of them or who actually tries to put together a true harem, unless the situation is played for laughs or he's the MC of a trashy ecchi manga/anime.
So we're left with dense MCs as a compromise even though we all know it's a dumb trope that makes no sense.

Yeah the title is honestly a terrible fit. He's usually the one getting sponged on and overworked rather than him sponging off of anyone.
