just a sudden thought, what if he makes the hero go through "artificial" arcs to get stronger? since they already have high-rank spirits and the strongest mage of the current generation and the head of the rothtaylor family, the successor. in one aspect, arent all those what were SUPPOSED to happen in the story for the hero overcome but didnt?. if ed "artificially" makes the arcs, and forces the hero to overcome them, in essence progressing through the "story"?

using the pretense of kidnapping to force the hero to act, and get stronger and "follow the story"

from tower of god i am guessing. she used, abused and manipulated the main character. he thought she was the chosen one chosen by higher beings to join the tower, when in reality he was, she threw him away literally and robbed his chance to be chosen for the tower. he still got the chance later but only after alot of hard ships. later on when they meet again in the tower, she feigns ignorance towards him and again from there on she used, abused and manipulated him alot throughout the series. he loves her but she uses him.
and would you be suprised that if i were to tell you that she took another chance that was destined for the main character again? and again? and again? i only read up to chapter like 200 ish. so not familiar with the recent revelations to the series.
but tldr: shes an absolute bitch who throws everyone under the bus for her own gains.

this whole chapter in summary were those 8 lines in a conversation twice. that was it. and they still made it funny.

ngl, this arc did nothing to me. like i know i was supposed to feel smn ab the trauma and the healing. but i just dont really care about that? although the new magic type was nice to see, thats ab all i can really see as worth gaining from reading this arc.

its probably BECAUSE she has the child. testing how the other worlds environment with different elements and systems effect the growth of a child. whether to see if its beneficial or a detriment to an indidivuals growth, if its stronger keep the enviroment, run tests with it and use it, if not destroy it. all in all to make the ODIN army stronger in time.

My man got the good ending T^T, so happy for him met his adoptive parents and goodbye to his real ones.
I am gonna miss this weekly uploads, but now i can come back and re-read this peak whenever im feeling down.

I dont want it to end, i really dont. but i just know that when it does happen, im gonna be both happy and sad. because this is an absolutely gorgeouse story that i wish i could experience for the first time again.

100% got axed. last 10-ish chapters were heading to the end out of nowhere. and the last 2 sped up that pace like no ones business.
i enjoyed it because it was kinda-lax in its tone and didnt take itself seriously.

i am not one for emotional rollercoasters but damn, this one tugged at my heart strings so hard. those damn onion ninjas never left me alone!
