I respectfully disagree.

People having sex or getting naked isn't novel or new and honestly? I kinda appreciate that this manga doesn't try to shy away from or hide that. Especially given how ridiculous manner in which most others approach the concept. Plus, if it's not something you care about at any given time, those scenes are easy enough to skim past since it's usually fairly obvious when one's incoming and it rarely overstays its welcome to detract from the plot in any meaningful way.

Besides, it's certainly better than the alternatives of will they/won't they nonsense, MCs that are terrified to see an inch of skin on any of the girls chasing them, or pages so full of so many black bars and other forms of censorship that you're better off just reading the novels because of how obscured the art becomes.

Mitsuki was so chill and relaxed too up til that point thanks to getting laid. Such a pity.

Eminence in Shadow. It has several such moments where the protagonist does and says things to remind the viewers he's not a "good" person in the slightest and the narration itself will take those moments to remind us that this is our protagonist.

If you enjoy comedy with an amoral (at best) protagonist unknowingly bending the world around him, you'll be in for a good time.

It took them a while to get there but the payoff has been absolutely amazing and us getting such a nice amount of downtime for fluff and cuteness has been a blast! Sure, things will pick up again eventually but right now I'm just glad to have all this fluff to coast on until that happens.

In that case, I'd assume she was trying to elevate her rank to appear like she was more capable than she really was while not actually knowing how the people that high above her pay grade play (IE: Folks that claim to be know topics and then open their mouths proving they don't actually know anything). Then he mocks her with her false claim after easily taking her down. It even makes sense given that despite her being a manager, she actively kneels to and bows before a normal floor resident she's clearly subservient to. So trying to act like she's bigger than she is to someone her "boss" is concerned about seems sensible. Which would explain her internal shock at him being casual with "an administrator" since people outside of him are already casual with managers too and none of the normal residents have a way to know he's already been in contact with admins.

Biggest thing, though, is that she was already introduced as a floor manager like... 5 or 6 chapters ago. So it'd be a bit odd for them to mess it up here when they'd been so consistent about it before. I could always be wrong though since it's not like groups don't make mistakes when translating sometimes.

Short response: If we treat tower residents as NPCs in a real life game. Managers are like elevated/protected NPCs while the admins are the actual game devs.

Nah, they've been pretty consistent about the floor managers being the ones with ranks we know about (Goblin was a high level manager, this girl's a mid-level one, Rick was an intermediate manager, etc.) who aren't actually anything that special in terms of power. At least, not from just their positions, anyway. In fact, like... half the managers we've seen so far are subordinates to normal residents of the tower that are just outright stronger than them. Funny thing is MC actually lectured one of the stronger high floor managers about doing their jobs right in Chapter 178, so even in-universe the managers are treated as sucking instead of it being a reaction just the readers have. lol

In contrast to managers, the admins are the ones who made the tower and have enough power that none of the normal residents can really threaten them even remotely. Like how the last admin we met was casually so much stronger than MC he immediately realized trying to fight the guy wasn't even an option. On top of that, the admins already know about and support MC because they were watching his streams and donating to/cheering him on when it was just a game he was trying to clear. Unlike the managers who only see him as a strangely powerful and successful player they need to work around or similar. That plus the admins having way more influence over the system and things of that sort like being able to just directly give him stuff, Horned Owl giving them 15 days to train in a room outside the normal flow of time and space, etc.

So, yeah. If this girl had really been an admin, she could've just taken the item from him or replaced it and spoken to him in a private message like Iawnh did back in the beginning. Between her being way too weak, needing to actively sabotage the water, and him actually knowing admins? MC basically just called her on her lie and then decided it was time to have some fun getting intel on who she's working for.

So she's another isekai'd person, somehow no one pegged her for a she, and she's trying to partially destroy the place so she can rebuild it from the ground up.

... While opposing Diablo and thinking of him as this unpredictable force of nature because she's too caught up in her own mindgames to consider anything else including just talking to the guy. Oh well, not our loss when she eventually faceplants from getting too ahead of herself.

Plus as a bonus, she got the dumb king and a huge portion of their army offed. So she's actually been helpful in cleaning up the mess that kingdom is to some extent!

Kinda silly they went with the giant black box over the entire page censorship. Especially given the way the RAWs actually are.
