That's how the series started so technically nobody has a right to complain about the way the author tells the story. BUT it still sucks when they dangle a carrot in front of you and then do something else haha

I enjoyed all the arcs up until JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7. The way the male characters are drawn from part 7 onwards was just a little too girly for me. I have nothing against that fashion sense but it's not my cup of tea. Try watching the anime of this arc it's a good pastime and I think the comedy bits land a little better.

Being able to make your readers feel a complex set of emotions is the mark of good story telling. The artist/author definitely does a good job in recognizing multiple characters perspectives such as how the daughter views the world compared to how the mother acted and operated in both timelines.

My only regret about this chapter is that it won't be animated anytime soon. That little lion sure is strong!

This is one of the best chapters that have been released in a while. Hopefully the next chapter doesn't pull some bs like some random filler story.

It gets good! The only thing that sucks is the long breaks in between. At one point I thought it was dropped but it recently picked back up.
