They dont know how to properly build some friendships or something. Instead of showing them slowly trusting each other, its get a slave, or the person just falls in love with them and joins the harem in the first 10 seconds of meeting.

And id say its also what makes it boring sometimes, when you just know that no one is going to show any emotion and just fight like a machine.

It just feels so weird. Its like having a lore dump in a movie while the biggest fight is going on.

Then there's the whole thing about him fighting while basically knocked out, we can see that, you dont have to tell us. A play by play of what's going on is not needed.

Kinda weird that they had to explain every move, just let the fight speak for itself instead of having the narrator yap nonstop.
