While romance aspect is not my cup of tea I think mcs development will be pretty good, the loner part in this chapter i kinda fifty fifty I dont really understand why he thinks he was wrong, its not a ideal answer but he shouldn't be one to blame, it was only answer for his socially awkward ass, maybe best answer would be to make friends with them but thats imposible for him, he didnt want the person who tried to help him to get ostracized from the group, ,,I hate this,, She is a really good person but things just dont work out sometimes, this also remind me of what hachiman would do lol so I expect great character development

i'am not that lonely so that i can understand his feeling, but i think this story is realistic, for students, something like this is already a huge obstacle for them, while adult can ignore it like a shit and just do what they usually do.
they just need a small push to fix their problem, and it's depend on the person itself.
