The sales person was not trained well, she should have stop that woman before it got to that point, just like the other woman did. That woman came to start trouble and try to get something for nothing by making a ruckus in a crowded store. I've seen this happen, if the sales person stands strong but polite they can handle it, but once they start saying they are sorry the customers knows that they can get what they want.
