I also kinda don't like that they're so OP and has fatally wounded mostly every other character. Is it so they can't oppose our MC's team later?
I get that black magic has existed with those shadow people, but everyone else in this world that we've seen has been human.
Suddenly, there's a snake king with 'magic' and magical beasts flying out of nowhere.
Here I was looking forward to seeing how our main character does politics and now he gets pushed back again thanks to this incident.
They're quite OP atm, feels like I'm in a jrpg where I'm supposed to lose at the boss fight for plot purposes so I'll have a reason to level up and adventure. But we've had that adventure before this.
Maybe the slow update makes me forget what's been happening, and who's who, especially when dead people starts to come back and everyone's recognizing everyone. Might wait until this arc finish so I can reread to understand better.
Not the conspiracy lies.
Specifically, Elizabeth had to endure being powerless (of sorts) for 30+ chapters, then when she finally got to be Queen, she died at the same chapter and 2 chapters later, the manga ended.
I'm ...not exactly sure who the main character at this point.
I like the art.
Even this chapter, we have Robert being all "there'll either be a civil war, or their kid will be the next heir~" ooh, mysterious, then suddenly, time skip and Robert's dying and he sees Elizabeth. James of Nelt is mentioned to be the next heir. Is that Lady Mary's kid? Is he a good potential king?
It's giving me 1990s manga pacing. It's giving me Chinese manhua pacing, which I always find awkward.
She has good intentions but she's mostly powerless. And when she finally got to be queen, she just ..died. In just a few pages.
The only good thing she did is to abolish the doubles. Even then, she still used her double anyway and now he's stuck living this life.
The pacing in this manga bothers me, but I'm kinda invested already.
At least it's not a reincarnation.
In this series, a guy asked a vampire to help get a girlfriend.
Baseball, huh.
killdethrone him.Well that certainly differs from the live action.
Wished they kept it in the series..
Unless I'm jumping the gun and misunderstanding the 'love'
I wonder what work choices do you get if you quit as a Geiko? Hospitality? Performing arts? ...I know someone who became a YouTuber 😆
I guess that scene is mandatory for this series XD
Loving her cunningness.
This is giving me To Be You for a Day, in that the two 'fiance's of the prince conspired together. But less outsmarting the outsmarting and supernatural power and all the other padding that made me drop said series.
(I know it's not a fair comparison, but I do like this premise, so if anyone knows a similar series, do let me know!)
Also, I like his long hair.. it looks so soft!
