I'm sure those "rules" were made for a reason... and we all know there are people who would abuse their title to be an asshole and treat the court lady badly. So I do hope they address that at some point. I don't think they're both wrong. If the Court Lady loses its credibility, no one would use their service and it will get disbanded. The noble daughters won't have any other job opportunity. Especially down in their luck nobles like Teresse and Riina (at the time).

I thought she was simply saying it to put the lady in place. But he never did explicitly said that was the reason why he did it. And in this chapter he simply answered "no" when asked if it was for her sake. Which, to me, doesn't answer the "why".

Unless we the reader is suppose to deduce that, oh because he didn't do it for her sake, then it must be for his sake, then it must mean...and so on. Which is a lot of assumptions that I personally don't like.

And, like you said, if he did this not only for her, but for himself, then he should've answered "not only that". Or something to insinuate that it's not only for her sake. Instead, he simply answered "no". He didn't do it for her.

While it's great that he's helping Mildred, I kinda want to see Mildred solve problems on her own, not with the help of her powerful boyfriend.
Show her how smart she is! This just shows that lady was much more resourceful and smarter than Mildred for pulling off such a plan.
Even when the fake husband was quickly caught by Mildred, she acted like she was going to set a trap to make him known. In the end, she had to be saved by Daniel again with his teleportation ability. I want Mildred to be badass. Not a helpless maiden.

If the author wants to teach us that we're helpless and need other people to survive this world, etc, when might as well make Mildred ask help from Daniel straight up, instead of acting quite distant towards his help. She's the epitome of "I don't understand woman"
Can someone help explain what Mildred's motivation / goal is? I'm getting a bit lost because so many things has happened, yet...nothing is happening? There are progress with her daughters finding what they want, but it's not like Mildred is actively involved in that anymore. She simply guides them and let them pursue their own interest (which is great, the girls have autonomy).

It's giving me this manga about a muscular teacher who wants to know about the different student monsters in his school by talking to them and interacting with them, collecting harems along the way. Forgot the name...

I usually disliked seeing backstory being thrown in mid-arc, of sorts, but for some reason, Author-san managed to grip me from start to finish.
I also like how ugly the human and village's greed is, how easily they disregard granny's life simply because she's "not powerful", and how easy it is to blame the kid they killed for their loss.
It's so horrifyingly...delicious. Yes, humans, be jerks so when you get your comeuppance, it'll be satisfying!

Tbh, knowing how light this manga is, I wasn't concerned about the two's life when they acted heroically last chapter.
I mean, yeah, they have people killed but it's mostly the enemy and the dad to trigger Ars' growth. But I don't remember anyone dead in Ars' team at all. Am I misremembering?

I don't have kids, but I suddenly feel for his mom. My mom no longer need to go to my parent-teacher meet anymore, but idk if I've made her proud or not. T_T
