I wonder if one can build love simply because you're engaged. I know some cultures still have arranged marriage and I've seen someone being interviewed about how good it was (because their partners are usually searched and picked by their parents).
Still, must be an odd feeling that you have to love this one stranger forever.

Could also be the same assumption that their engagement will be broken because he's not gonna be 'fit' to be the next count's heir or something, since he'll be going abroad or doing something else.
"One day you'll be married to my brother instead, so don't bother building a relationship with me."

wasn't it revealed that he was the bully that Uichi saved back in middle school? Or was that still just Yotsuha's assumption?
Sure we don't know how he looks now, but he's got long-ish black hair, slumped, gloomy look, just looking to be bullied.
I'm more trying to understand why he's upset at Uichi for saving him. Maybe he's a maso that liked being bullied.

who knows? Maybe this will lead him to winning a lot so it goes 'well' for him but... I mean, I'm sure he'll lose something in the process.

I feel like it's harder to ask because he sees how hard she's working and he doesn't want to bother her when she's chasing her dreams.
Japanese romance seems to have that tendency 😅

I'm sorry, how FAST did he draw that painting?! Even commissioning digital artist can't be that fast.
I checked and today was just 'the day of the ceremony' without any info of how many days have passed, so it could be weeks, for all we know. But would Virge wait weeks just to get into Ars? Lower their guard and bang! Attack him with an old man.

Edit: y'know what? nvm, I forgot that he was able to draw a portrait of Ars within a few seconds after seeing him.

wasn't there an issue early on the chapters, where the author's drawing of the world's map kept changing? XD
I remember seeing the translator's note about it. So y'know what? I'm not surprised if he did.
I think even Oda-sensei, author of One Piece, also forgot some of the stuff he wrote about his characters / story. It was in his SBS or interview of OPLA. Forgot.

Kinda funny that Karashi's manager isn't being shown to be talking to anyone, not even the girls are acknowledging her, even though she's more of a friend than Hikaru's manager who's basically just a worker.
Male manager and Taison were talked to. All of a sudden, the three girls looked happily playing fireworks.

Also, I wonder how hard it is to walk on a beach with high heels. Dont they sink? Hikaru put her heels back on after getting her feet wet on a sandy beach, must've felt uncomfortable!

Some people do end up being together not for the reason of love and commitment, but to have someone beside them. People shouldn't marry because otherwise they'll feel lonely, coz when their partner is away for any reason, they'll seek other people. I'm generalizing, of course, there're many reasons as to why people don't stay faithful. I haven't really seen much romance manga where they cheat on their partner though.
There's another slice of life Mobuko No Koi / A Side Character's Love Story that, spoiler warning, an ldr occured and the author introduced a 2nd love interest when their relationship was shaking, but it didn't happen. Especially since it took effort for them to get together in the first place. So, uh, if you want to feel a bit hopeful in the fiction world, you can try reading that? Sorry for the spoiler though.
In this website, it's written as Mobuko's Love.

They did say they never really check quest boards / usually in a rush, so maybe that's why they didn't realize. The other group should've realized it but maybe they trust Hiroki's ability too much? The guild receptionist should at least say something though.

maybe she'll spill a bit about her parents? She wants passive income because something something parents. Then, a sudden flashback arc!

yeah, the hate towards the teacher were pretty concerning. But such is the internet nowadays. It's easy for people to wish harm on others if there's no consequences.

I wonder what this scene will be like as an anime...

Wow, an adult who can give such a heartfelt speech about being thankful to a child. I hope that happens in real life too.

I would love to see some traps setup!
I also remembered that the title of this webtoon is "Being the Queen at the Age of Six" so, she only has less than a year to actually clean everything up?
Unless, she becomes queen first and then she'll clean house? Either way, I feel like her letting go of the red eye boy is such a loose end, I hope it doesn't backfire, but she does have plot armor. Curious to see where this'll go.

I feel like she already hate him (and the church) already. I feel like it's more so that she understands why her grandpa is 'afraid' of the church. She's always wanted to know what happened to her dad and it's been a taboo topic that caused granddad to relapse. Now that she knows, maybe she can use it to ... argue with her grandpa better..? XD
Still, she needs to prove to him that she can touch and win against the church before he'll fully 100% back them up though. I highly doubt a baby year old girl like her could do much atm. So time skip?

Lol, I did NOT realize that this was a flashback until I saw the comments XD
I was so confused and wondered who the hell is this guy. I thought it was a time skip and the young kid has grown up.
Saw the red haired guy and thought to myself, "he's similar to the first born who was a dick, are they related?"
I feel so dumb.

Ah, yes, in my case, I'll move to his city once we marry so it's just ldr until marriage. Our culture frowns upon a couple living together prior to marriage.

I do have friends whose husbands are pilots or those who work on a cruise ship, the kind that has to be separated for a few months at most. It's not military per se. But they experienced a simulation of said life when they were dating, so they knew what they're getting into when they marry. I think that helped?
Divorce is also harder to come by where I'm from. Having/hiding a second wife/family, now that's more common than anything when one has money. We all have our poison.

You think so? Isn't it easier now that we have internet and the likes?

Currently in an LDR and will be getting married next year. Definitely takes more work and money to visit each other.
Maybe not every relationship survive, but it's certainly not never.

Aaaahh the dilemma!! The kind where there's no wrong or right answer. It's basically how you make it work after choosing one of them and not feeling guilty for not choosing the other.
