I am still satisfied, we got plenty of answers, and still more answers to come in the next chapters and volumes. Getting a little tease of what's "D" (For now my interpretation is DEEZ NUTZ) is fine. I wouldn't want it all to be revealed that easy ;)

It's always interesting to see this metaphorical David fight his sister not using strength, but wits and items. I still feel this situation is hopeless, but I hope that the author writes a good synergy between the items to make a satisfying brawl.

Also, I can imagine the paranoia that the surface world will live in now, thinking that an ascendant monster escaped the dungeon and is roaming somewhere unknown, just for it to have decided to go back and become even stronger XD

Oda probably wouldn't reveal this via Vegapunk. However, this fact points out that the water has indeed been rising, so one must ask themselves... How did the world look like before the void century? If I am reading this right... There was a lot less water. Maybe even an actual continent that isn't a choker on the planet.

Ohhh, interesting, so her spatial awareness works kinda like magic echolocation that emanates from her eyes.
The eyes shoot out a beam of mana that bounces off of objects and comes back, letting her "see" basic shapes. But just like some bat predators might have evolved to sense the soundwaves of echolocation, demons can sense the mana of spatial awareness, so it turns you into a beacon for demons. Very interesting, and I wonder if this limitation imposed by nature helps her deal with it in some other ways like relying on a mix of hearing and magic to properly feel her surroundings. Or maybe she'll eventually learn to use this ability like some bats using the echolocation as sound weapons against prey. Either way, let's keep reading and see where this goes!
