Well, its another "Powerful family with no patriarch creates a game with 5 sisters who all like the MC for one reason or another to see who he will take as his matriarch." I kind of like these stories when they are done well and as of chapter 8 it has the potential to do well, it can also just completely shit the bed though.

So far it isn't very violent, there is no gore and so far three of the girls actually like him to some degree, one tolerates him and the last one I believe is just using him to become the head matriarch. although I feel like with this type of genre when he chooses his matriarch the rest will be killed or something. I have seen worse versions of this story and I have seen better versions, so far its middle of the road not great not terrible and at least the girls aren't physically torturing him like in other versions of this story.

I believe he is in between a regular dude and piece of shit. I believe He has just grown tired of his wife and neglects her needs either because he is always swamped from work or he just grew tired of her.
