Maybe it's my mood, but reareading this near a year later has me pissed off. MC shouldn't be alive for all the mistakes he makes. The tank has gotten her master killed on several occasions entirely because of her attitude and complete lack of awareness of surroundings. And then this demon pops up acting full-out like a parasite. I can't get into this. It's not comedy, it's just dumb and frustrating.

Goddamnit, I'm tired of authors disrespecting the brevity and setting of a dungeon. I wish this MC would be scarred or killed.

The stance to consider is a few years going absolutely nowhere versus increasing leaps & bounds in what seems to be one or two months. And the problem is he himself has a nebulous goal, and as a result can't think objectively of what to do with his boons. If he were, for example, hunting for some bauble in the deeper floors, then his mind would lean on more firepower, thus keeping the card. If it were working to be fiscally-solvent, then selling the card and learning to game the floors with Syphy would be the objective.

But instead, he's another milquetoast MC with no forward plan, primed to make impulsive decisions and not learn anything from them whether they be mistakes or boons.

I long for the days when MCs had objectives and were dedicated to fulfilling them.

There's no thought involved, no care being executed, no originality being offered. I wouldn't bother putting investment in this book. It's going nowhere fast.

So basically, the editors in the publication saw the reincarnated as a villain/mob gimmick make bucks, the "All Flags Lead to Doom" story in particular print money, and now they want in on it and so rush this out the gate without a second thought. Sigh.

So someone is going with Gremlins, only with harem. Yeah, this is retarded.

The tags are wrong. There is no romance. It's just mindless monster breeding featuring one bint not right in the head. If that's your kind of thing, read on.

So this was made to mock the population issues, huh? Welp, I'm out.

Easiest guess is he has no land to call his own just yet so there's no point on declaring a last name like nobility typically would in these kind of setups.

I predict dead characters in the coming arcs. Mostly because they're dead weight.

But that's what I mean. The elves and some of the beastmen boast some advanced magic—farmland that doesn't deprive from the forest around them and supplied for a collective of at least 1000 or so people. That deserves more detail and insight via a C plot or the like, but we don't get that because harem and Minecraft.

Likewise, this could be a world where desertion is seen as cowardice, or even betraying the country, leaving deserters with permanent black marks. The beatmen might not be willing to take surrender easily at all, and it's just Syphy who stands as the dam against battle bloodlust for the war. It could be the humans are dogmatic to a fault. But we unfortunately don't know because more time is spent on Minecraft and assumed dickings of kemomimis than on fleshing out the world's setting & people.

And not even good dickings. Aria seems to have lost her personality entirely after giving up pondering how Kousuke breaks all laws of physics with his powers. She's whatever the plot needs her to be, with no foundation. And no good sex scenes, either.
