Nah, it's cringe. All this kid does is lecture them equally in the same boring fashion when in truth he could have done far more to stab their souls & destroy their minds. The closest he got was this time, where he promised a method of turning the dwarf into a cursed blade after the torture. The rest of it is vague, "throw them in a hurt locker for until I grow bored" BS that wouldn't hold up in any other story. The author doesn't have the stomach to write vengeance stories. It's also why there's been nearly 20 chapters sidetrekked into some pointless ancient civilization sidequest.
