They cut it off and everyone thought he was not impregnated, but it seems he was. Asmodeus seemingly wasn't about to off the father of one of his subordinate's children.

No offense to Lean, but I have a slight dislike towards her. I do like her BL obsession and her wackiness, though the problem for me is how little she seems to care about Cecilia's life threatening situation as the villainess that dies in every route. Maybe she figured that the changes were so drastic that Cecilia is safe? But even if we consider that, she should tell Cecilia about such a theory, while also not neglecting to worry about a potential killer on the loose.

I am a bit confused about Lean. There was this bit about her knowing that it was her childhood friend Hiyono from the Prologue, but then there is this part about her having thought Cecil was a surprise character now, because she didn't have much game knowledge? Did she lie about having known it was Cecilia? I am going to assume so, just so she could brag to her friend about it. It would be nice if it was explained a bit better.
