An analogy to the situation could be how a modern games-services are made. If you are adult, you should know that to make anything you have to do it within the budget and you have to balance the out the amount you invest into it parts. You either trade speed which in this case could be monthly release schedule, instead of weekly, or quality, like you see using CGI or quantity, like reducing amount of frames within chapter. And acquiring another supplimentary artist require money, which is not possible if there is not enough income.

Do you prefer then artstyle downgrade? There a lot of titles that have beautiful art in Season 1, but on 2nd/3rd they changed artist and get cheaper, simpler and less pretty art.

So, I have a theory about this Jumper. The reason he attempt to "save" both people and world from this monster is because even if it destoryed, his core wouldn't just disappear, the same kind of core that creator of system give to MC. He is also seems to be a regressor or at least know the future with exact details (that woman at the end may be related to that if it goes this way). What we probably would see in next chapter is him wondering where is core he was planned to snatch and would not predict that MC can absorb it. In the grand scheme he probably planned to get all the cores for himself for whatever reason (can't guess more because I don't understand now what is that make system to rebel: is it system dialogs itself, or it posess and brainwash humans and control them to rebel or what, because that creator either was a doppelganger from system or he trapped in some mind realm or whatever).

A subtheory would be that he is not evil and his reason for collecting this cores was for the sake of fighting system, but he doesn't beleive in comrades or other than himself (that kind of case what we see in Attack on Titan where Eren after knowing the future singlehandedly bear it on itself and do things in solo).
