I mean overall that's the clear intent of the entire story and I'm well aware of that. "Showing the light and dark behind the stars we see on stage, screens and books" or whatever. This particular chapter's main focus is mostly a half and half split between sexual abuse in general and abuse of power against women in the industry. They didn't really touch too much on how these practices affected or are used on men and the former is generalised, but I see the intent and wth the latter it's much more difficult to see the patterns of abuse used on male talents as it's not well documented or researched.

I mean isn't that just a you problem at that point? If ya want the job so badly is it really the big shot's job to make it easy for ya? Assuming they were talented enough they wouldn't need such means to begin with, so it's basically admitting you've got no skill and need work lol

That's not always true. Some children will have a great environment and still turn out like trash. Some people have just always been built with a different way of thinking. Good and bad. In majority cases it is still something you can call back to their environment. So you're not totally wrong.

I wonder if Aka Akasaka is the kind of person that likes to talk a lot or explain things they just learned to the people around them. He has a tendency to have characters act as avatars to mouth off his ideas.
