Breaking down the details on these three examples: "Grid" is an English word. So is "Eternal." There is no discussion to be had here.
Meanwhile neither Zibal nor Jibal are English words - but at least Zibal exists as a name for a brand (also a company) -> while Jibal is plural for Jabal which is Arabic for mountain. So if there is a discussion to be had, the conclusion is that "Zibal" is the correct option.
This is like a killer failing to kill their target because their target disabled their weapon -> then the killer broke their legs right after failing -> ended up bedridden -> and now the killer is blaming the victim "grrrr, if only you just let me kill you!"
Simply put, victim blaming sucks and frankly, anyone who does it is either evil, stupid, or both. I say this about both reality and in fiction.
I dunno how this manhua will evolve from here - as I assume that Xie Yan will get to a point where he's stronger than all these gits -> will he just kill them all to take petty revenge? The name of this manhua DOES imply that happening.

I might be biased as I've read the novel, but it is better than the manhwa.
If I had to pin one reason, it would be because the translations are awful. Oh sure, let's just ignore one of the best Korean-to-English translators and their decisions for stuff -> and make stuff up.
Not just the "Grid -> Greed" issue - which was directly addressed by the author, fun fact (literally one atop one chapter, he talks about how Grid's name can also be "Greed")
but also Eternal Kingdom - which is backed up with characters (NPCs) talking about how the kingdom won't fall as its true to its namesake -> but that doesn't work in the manhwa as they renamed it to... "Etnal" ...? what?
Zibal to Jibal makes no sense either.
and etc etc
If I had to pin down a second reason: updates aren't consistent. At its slowest, the novel updated three or four times a week. If it is true that different groups are competing to translate this with better quality, then we'd have more than two: one MTL utter garbage and a this one with half-decent results.
Second, absolutely S tier ending with that reveal. Better than the ending that "A Returner's Magic Should Be Special" had.
No, we do not need an explanation of how Overpowered his parents were. If anything, that would weaken the impact that we just had. Use your imagination and fill in the details using your knowledge from playing games.
"I'll help and put my life in danger for you!"
"uh... why?"
"BECAUSE I'M A FAN"

Doesn't make sense, does it?
Also, do they really believe that Cui is capable of that? They seem to casually accept the "I didn't attack him" excuse a bit too easily... hmmm...
tbh, Mr. Main Character obviously knows - as we see -> and knowing how petty he can be, he'll definitely just kill the jerk when he gets strong enough. He's playing around in caution because he's not strong enough... but he eventually will be.
Mr. Main Character status aside, he is very rapidly getting stronger as time goes on - compared to all the old doofuses. He WILL catch up and he WILL do whatever he wants, eventually.
As for now, when's the next isekai?

Also, I was like "what kind of name is Haures?" and "Did they mean Horus?" Nope. He is also known as Flauros - there is a persona based off of him. That persona aside, he an ugly boy:

And the most tl;dr description of him: "He knows of the past/present/future, can turn Demons and spirits against the exorcists."
No chance he is actually omniscient though.
It doesn't work like that.
They were being sabotaged by someone they believed in. They were betrayed. The situation was super abrupt and they haphazardly put together any amount of info they had -> and triple jumped to conclusions.
All the blame goes to the traitor.
Hypocrisy is just one way for people to be jerks in Righteous sects. Another way is vanity - "I'm part of this righteous sect, so I'm better than you. Why aren't you bowing before me? ARE YOU COURTING DEATH?" Sounds extreme, but that's actually a summary of how those jerks operate.
A third way jerks are in those sects -> are the same way people are jerks in reality -> doing horrible things under an excuse. "You are a demon (in a demonic sect) and I'm in a righteous sect, so it is my duty to take your stuf- I MEAN KILL YOU FOR THE SAFETY OF THESE CIVILIANS! And any civilian who doesn't want me to kill you is either under your brainwashing OR they're demons pretending to be civilians!"
Meanwhile, in reality, abortion rights in the USA are being destroyed under the excuse of "It's for women's health." Women's health ain't done nothing wrong but it's being used as a reason to destroy people's lives (and kill more people because some people have health complications and will literally die without an abortion -> yet they're not allowed to get it).
Another example is Religion, which is in the same boat -> how many jerks use it to harm others? The religion itself promotes peace -> and yet here we are?
