Sun Xian is a moron who only cared about the One Autumn Leaf character. Instead of playing the game and making his own character, he plotted to take Mr. Main Character's and frankly, he deserves no sympathy; none of Excellent Era do.

I hope the character card thing for One Autumn Leaf either gets destroyed or gets returned -> or anything, as long as it doesn't stay in the stinking hands of Sun Xian.

I feel like the concept of levels has become irrelevant and what's happening is just what the author wants.

Spoilers about Kraugel and Grid in terms of the ranking leaderboards:
1) Grid will get to number 1 and become the pioneer (the title given to number 1 on the rankings)
2) Being the pioneer, a new quest pops up and it introduces a whole host of new and very important characters
and now we jump like... 1000 chapters in the novel -> 3) Grid leaves the rankings and joins that "whole host of very important characters" -> leaving the number 1 spot empty for someone else
4) that character will obviously be Kraugel

oh, and fun fact: 5) leaving the rankings = people don't know your level -> so when Grid gets past level 1000, no really, everyone else is like level 600ish -> barely anyone knew how strong he was

Seeing how those times worked? The strong dictate the weak. And seeing how the average person is weak, if they're told to do something by the strong (like the king, his people, or the guards), they'll have to do it. Human rights aren't "rights" if they can be taken away. In that era, they are taken away, pretty frequently too.

To link it to a real life example: the flat-earth movement that's happening in real life today -> would've just ended within an hour after the morons pushing that agenda get killed.

Ya'll gotta remember: WE KNOW. Them? They don't know. Me? I know. You? You know. They? They have no idea. Us? We know. Them? Not a clue; can't even dream it up; not a chance of an idea; completely clueless. See, we? We know.

What do we know? We know that the idea of "Mr. Main Character walking into that room, killing them all without trying and walking out mostly unharmed" is perfectly possible... and maybe it should happen.

These dudes? They can't even imagine it. They have a sense of what reality is, a defined "common sense." Also, they're going by recent history, which is how weak the demonic cult leader was; unaware of anything recent. This adds to just how far removed Mr. Main Character is from their knowledge.

Yes, it is a trope that keeps popping up, but it isn't a bad trope... it's just overused because Mr. Main Character is OP in so many works that it is accompanied by this very trope.

Well, if you're looking at the comments wondering whether you would enjoy reading this, then you'll learn that the comments keep pointing out how the second half is bad.

To explain: after the first season, this manhwa seemed to be under the threat of being axed. This threat hung over it like the Sword of Damocles and it caused it resulted in a pretty heavy quality loss in both the art and the plot. Chapter 100 should've been just "end of season 2" AND it should've happened around chapter 125 or something.
Importantly: there is no more of Kris getting to completely lose herself over something, which was always a fun highlight of events; no more this:

Sadly, as it is now, season 1 is great. Like 8 or 9 out of 10 - while season 2 is like 3 or 4 our of 10. Be wary of this and enjoy it. I really do think that season 1 is worth reading.
