Idk, it feels like weird seeing this because isn't this kinda "copying" Dandadan? With Alien and Paranormal stuff get dangled together. It's totally not what I expect from Jujutsu Kaisen. It's not like there's shortage of curse or paranormal things they can find inspiration from all over the world, and they choose alien. I mean as far as fantasy story goes, it is fine, but like... Idk. If I should say, it's lazy. I mean doing some other countries stuff might require extensive study over particular things and all. Doing alien? you just let your imagination run wild (as exactly what Dandadan does) and voila you got a story. Still, I would appreciate more if it's about curses from other part of the world. Alien feels, especially after Dandadan, it doesn't feel fresh anymore. And it also risks losing what makes Jujutsu Kaisen unique: the curses and its intrigue.

The reason in the first place I reply to you was because I was exactly like Shi'an. I was bad at heavy memorization subjects but ease at math because I just memorize theorems or whatever you like to call them. Maybe understanding them comes also naturally to me so it never was my concern. Idk. For me anyway. memorization is enough. And if you still don't agree, yeah whatever. I'm sorry I cannot answer you any better.

I see there is no need to continue this argument further as I don't benefit from it and so does you. If you don't want to say/ admit that memorizing formulas exist in math, then so be it. You know what kind of thing this is called by people? validation. And I don't need such thing, no less from some random people in the internet. I know what I did in school and what I go by with math there. Yes there's element of understanding as you say, but you do need to memorize the formulas. Beyond that, I guess each to our own.

math is not just geometry. There's a whole lot of it. Number theory, calculus, square equations, logs, matrixes, and so on. In each they got formulas to solve problems and it's all about getting right equations into whatever problems you face with math. I'm just loathe into looking up any school math books for further argument, but basically that's how math at school works. And if in your min such thing only works in geometry, then just imagine some kind of other dimension of geometry exist outside geometry but in math where they uses formulas to solve problems.

And btw for solving 3x+1 = 10 there are methods which you can call formulas: you substract 1 from each side -> substraction. Then you divide each side by 3 -> which is called division. And you have to understand also that you have to do the same kind of operation to both side. Sounds like a formula? If not, then I can't explain anymore. I just want to say that math (in school in particular) is not something where you need to memorize a whole lot as you do history or language.

Most math problem at school are just picking the right formula to any presented problems. Some of those formulas are actually derived from other formulas. So basically you can actually solve problems if you know the main formulas, even if you don't know the derivatives. I used to memorize those main formulas, and I really can solve almost anything the teachers threw at me, even if I haven't seen the type of problems they put into tests.

no really if you're good enough memorizing the formulas are all you need for math, especially for middle school or elementary. I was like that too, so math was a breeze for me at school. It does get more complicated later on, like college and all.

Well we know he still have that anti-Ricardo thing that was tried on Takamura and trained with Miyata. This is not quite over yet. Still the wait for new chapter is unbearable.

proper Kaiju manga, evoking the memory of Shin Godzilla which highlight the struggle of dealing with Kaiju attack without presence of Kaiju countering existence like Ultraman or the likes. It present the picture of what if such creature appears and how mankind would tackle the issue. basically with what technology is available to us. As with Shin, this manga also shows how bureaucracy and politics affect decision making beside the on field struggle against the monsters.

There should be another big clash against Chu after Zhao fell. It's not quite near end yet. Also only Han has fallen so far. Prolly 200-300 chapters more. I think.

Kinda like this, it takes effort to show the alchemy and not just some character being called for name sake. Although the setting of undervalued-but-actually-overpowered MC is not exactly new, it does take effort in showing rather than narrating MC qualities. By the time I write this, it has been released here up to around chapter 30-ish. The factions have been established so far and perhaps a major conflict is in the way .Still story is progressing bit slow, mainly because of much space put into explaining the alchemy. I'm not sure it's everyone's cup of tea to study a how-to of a fictional thing, although admittedly some cooking series seems to be doing that (I sometimes cannot anymore imagine what they cook, but still).

I fell in love with the anime, nuff said. Aria is a curious case for me because it shouldn't have things I normally seek from one, whether its action, or fanservice, or thriller, or whatever. I mean, it's just girls, and they usually wear uniform most of the time, rowing basically boat around artificial Venice in Mars acting as tour guide. That's it. And while they are supposedly competitors, there's rarely competition happening. But the anime is one where a series become animated has big big influence on how it gets presented. With soothing music and beautiful animation, the world become alive and what a captivating world it was. Add to that an MC that is curious about everything and it's almost like a dreamy adventure, just without monsters or magic and a world to conquer. Just an every day life to enjoy new things that comes from unexplored places, meeting new people, and doing simplest things.

I want MC and the girl get together but it looks like, and honestly I feel like I can relate to his behavior too. So basically he has interest in the girl but he also feel/ think he's not worth? Somehow. Idk, honestly I want to see them together, but I can see also why it may not be so easy. I kinda like this when it started, and I think I want to follow it a bit more. There's part of MC that I can relate to, the worry, fear, also negativity. I kinda root for him to get out of his shell and embrace the relationship. Every couple has their own stories, and it doesn't necessarily all rosy and sunny. But each are precious in their own way. Each people has their own way to happiness, and this one I really hope is walking towards such ending, which is not guaranteed, but I want to hope.

I think Sendo will wake up and fight to the bitter end, but the two downs he took in 2nd round will be too huge disadvantage and in the end Ricardo wins. or Idk. Someone talk about how Sendo need to lose for Ippo to unretire, but if Ricardo struggle here against Sendo, he wouldn't look so appetizing for Ippo to challenge.
