This is by all accounts Isekai slop, with an OPmc who starts dying of anemia induced by nosebleeds when he looks at a woman.
But it is somehow almost bearable.

Its not a masterpiece by any means, but it's not bad either. It's something to tide you over between dishes.

side tangent, the word "slop" kinda sounds like an onomatopoeia. It gives the mental image of a scooping some thick, dense slurry of material, and unceremoniously slapping it down on someone's plate.

It was more questions try to make him more self aware of what he says online and to explain it in a way that's easy do digest for the common racist.

I probably could've been more pointed in my questioning but it's an art to keep it civil-ish when dealing with people with alternate viewpoints. It also makes it harder to rebuke points with just emotion if you are soft in your approach.(a common tactic)

Otherwise, what I brought up are simple counterpoints to the things they stated. Racism mostly stems from ignorance or, on occasion, a bad experience. Sense fantasy races are, well, fantastical, it leaves only ignorance as the soul option.

So far, this is fantastic a 10/10. But, assuming it gets more than 25 chapters and dosn't get dropped like every other fantastic manga I've read, you should book mark this, and let is set for a bit till it amasses about 50~ chapters.

This work is not a complex one, It has an Op MC, Isekai themes, and has fantastical elements. It does however, represent how a cast system fucks over the common serf, and is generally pretty gritty. The world feels real, and with consequence. I, surprisingly, got quickly used to its setting and loved it.
