Kinda reminds me of the japanese ritual of picking the bones after cremating a loved one. Guess it ultimately is a cultural thing, but I can't imagine it is really easy for anyone, regardless of culture, to deal with death and remains.

I wonder if the magic system in this world is similar to DnD concerning rests to recover magic, or if it's more of a mana/stamina system.
