So, my guess so far. The time warping mountain Ein's currently in is actually where Echidna is and she was sealed here by the false echidna outside whose actually this clearly envious Anri chick. Either that or Anri forcefully did this spirit merge thing with echidna and just the time eye or echidnas spirit core is sealed here.
